❌ Returns Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our baby food products, we do not accept returns unless:

The product is damaged during transit

You receive a wrong item

The product is expired on arrival
In such cases, we’ll gladly replace the product or issue a refund.
📦 Conditions for Return/Replacement
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

💵 Refund Policy
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be:

Processed within 5–7 business days

Credited back to your original payment method
Note: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your UPI/bank details for refund processing.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

If the product was opened, consumed, or tampered with

If the return window (24 hours from delivery) has passed

Delay in delivery caused by courier or weather (unless item is damaged)
🔄 Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
