Refund and Returns Policy

At Orghae, your satisfaction and your baby’s well-being are our top priorities. Since our products are made for infant consumption and involve hygiene-sensitive items, we follow a transparent and customer-friendly return and refund policy.


Returns Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our baby food products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You receive a wrong item

  • The product is expired on arrival

In such cases, we’ll gladly replace the product or issue a refund.


📦 Conditions for Return/Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • You must provide:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos of the product (including packaging and issue)

    • Description of the issue

💵 Refund Policy

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days

  • Credited back to your original payment method

Note: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your UPI/bank details for refund processing.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • If the product was opened, consumed, or tampered with

  • If the return window (24 hours from delivery) has passed

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier or weather (unless item is damaged)


🔄 Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
